Bebhaill

(pronounced bey-ville) an Irish name that means like the wind

She is a station bred black and tan purebred kelpie. Although she comes from working stock she prefers the comfort of the couch and secretly thinks she’s human. She has the most beautiful loving, gentle temperament and just wants to be near you always. She loves a game of fetch and will go all day if you are up for it. She is the boss of the dogs and they know it. We often liken her to an assistance dog as she seems to know when someone isn’t well. My daughter once fainted and as she lay on the couch to recover Bebhaill sat in front of her and watched her. She didn’t take her eyes off her until my daughter’s colour had returned. She was then satisfied and took her position back on the couch.

She has proved to be a fantastic mum. Very attentive to her pups, never leaving them for long. She is happy for her human family to handle the pups and help her through the experience however other dogs are a no no.
